Day 1

I don't know my calorie intake for sure but my guess is around 1800. So WAY over. I exercised for about 20 minutes today. It's a start. I used our new xbox kinect fitness program. It's a bit of a reality check, seeing my......bigness....on the screen like that. The exercises are VERY challenging for me...I'm glad we have Wii Fit, though...the kinect program does not have a huge selection of things to do.

I'm tired of this body. This is going to be HARD. My prayer is that I start to NEED exercise...to crave it. =) Seems like a pipe dream, that's for sure!!

The Beginning

I'm not ready to post a photo yet...but I will.
My weight loss goal: 80 pounds.
My weight loss plan: Eat 6 small meals daily, 1200-1500 calories.
Exercise 2hours/day six days a week.
My exercise options include (but are not limited to): Kinect, Wii, DVD's, YMCA

Why do I want to do this? I want to be healthy. I want to be fit.
